When Joe, Ward, and I were in 6 grade, there were 74 kids in our class…we were in charge of distributing the milk to all classrooms and the reason we had this duty was to give the teacher a break from us… we got called into the principal’s office… because a lot of the kids weren’t getting their chocolate milk that they paid extra for… and we’re standing at attention in the principal’s office… and she asked us if we knew anything about the missing chocolate milks… and all of a sudden we knew nothing… but we got in trouble anyhow… because Joe and Mike had chocolate milk all over their uniform shirts…
Junior year in high school…Joe, Manner, and myself were in the choir together…and a fight broke out between us 3 and most of the seniors…
we had most of them in a pile, and Mr. Brinkman came back into the classroom… and sat us down and told us anyone in the choir that wanted to leave the choir… should do so now…Manner and I picked up our books…went out in the hallway… and we knew that Collins was coming but we were out in the hallway for 15 minutes and didn’t know what the hell happened to him… but then, he finally showed up… and we asked him what took so long… he said he couldn’t find his books… we all went down to the Dean‘s office… and told him we are no longer in the choir… and the Dean looked at us and said if I hear one of your names… All three of you will be thrown out of school…
We’ve been very Cclose friends since 2nd grade and he will always be in my heart…missing my buddy…
