Obituary of Howard Allen Pollock
Age 87, of Joliet, Illinois died Monday evening, January 13, 2025 at UIC Health in Chicago, Illinois. He was born on June 20, 1937 to the late Esther (Geller) and Irwin Pollock in Joliet where he resided his entire life. A graduate of Joliet Township High School, Howard went on to serve his Country proudly in the U.S. Army.
Howard is survived by his brother, Bernard “Bernie” (Sandie) Pollock.
Preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Leon Pollock.
Howard was a life member of the Joliet Jewish Congregation. He retired from the former Trans World Airlines (TWA) after serving as a customer service agent and food service rep for many years.
Funeral services for Howard Pollock will be held Friday, January 17, 2025 at the Joliet Jewish Congregation, 250 N. Midland Ave., Joliet where all friends and relatives can gather from 12:30 p.m. until services begin at 1:00 p.m. Interment will follow in Mt. Moriah Cemetery.
