Daniel Seeman
Daniel Seeman, of Joliet, passed away, at the age of 75, peacefully on Friday, January 17, 2025, surrounded by the love of his family, at Lightways Hospice Home. He was born on January 18, 1949, the son of the late Chester and Louella (nee Bobbe) Seeman.
Daniel is survived by his loving wife, Karen (nee Norton) Seeman; his children, Heather (Jason) Linko, Jill (Jason) Rouskey, Ryan Seeman, Keith (Lynne) Beaudry, and Kent (Betty) Beaudry; grandchildren, Samantha (Tony) King, Kaitlyn and Kyle Beaudry, Josh Beaudry, Noah and Benjamin Rouskey, and Madden and Brynnley Linko; brother, Ken Seeman; sister-in-law, Kim Nelson; and brother-in-law, Les Nelson.
Daniel was a Labor Foreman for P.T. Ferro for over 40 dedicated years before retiring. He was an avid Chicago sports fan and was always willing to play a round of golf. Daniel would be there at the drop of a hat to help anyone, especially all his neighbors in their DIY projects.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Daniel’s name can be made to Lightways Hospice.
Visitation for Daniel Seeman will be on Saturday, January 25, 2025, at the Fred C. Dames Funeral Home, 3200 Black Rd., Joliet from 11:00 a.m. until the time of Funeral Service at 1:00 p.m. Cremation rights will be accorded following services. Inurnment will be held privately by the family at Resurrection Cemetery.
