Obituary of William Jennings

William T. Jennings "Bill" Age 69. Suddenly, Sunday, May 13, 2007 at Provena Saint Joseph Medical Center. Born in Chicago, and a resident of Joliet since 1973. Graduate of Argo High School in Summit, IL Class of 1956. Attended the University of Illinois at Chicago and Northern Illinois University. Retired from the Illinois Department of Employment Security in 1997 following 34 years of service. An avid Chicago sports fan. Surviving are three children, William Paul (Nancy) Jennings of Batavia, OH, Jodi (Dan) Sheahan of St. Louis, MO and Judi (Michael) Janovic of New Lenox, IL; seven grandchildren, Katelyn and William Jennings; Madeline, John and Emily Sheahan; Ryan and Kyle Janovic; his loving companion of 25 years, Ann Macdonald and her family; children, Kevin and Kelly Kane; granddaughter, Megan (Chad) VandenBerg; and great-granddaughter, Ella Ann VandenBerg; Bill's two sisters, Patricia (late Bud) Hays and Nancy (John) Gerdevich. Preceded in death by his parents, Sylvester and Evelyn Jennings. Funeral Services for William T. Jennings will be Thursday, May 17, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. at the funeral home chapel.
