Obituary of Peter Kalantzis

Peter P. Kalantzis Age 36. Passed away peacefully in his sleep on Saturday, January 9, 2010 at his late residence. Born in Chicagoland, he was a lifelong Plainfield resident before relocating to Montgomery, IL two years ago. Peter was the most gregarious, jovial and fun loving person. When you met Peter, he became an instant friend. Preceded in death by his grandparents. Survived by his loving wife of nine years, Kimberly (nee Donnellan) Kalantzis of Montgomery; his parents, Pericles and Theodora Kalantzis of Plainfield; one sister, Anna (Jeff) Gordon of Naperville; one brother, Elias (Elaina) Kalantzis of Burr Ridge, IL; one nephew, Niko and one niece, Mia Gordon; in-laws, Dennis and Barbara Donnellan of Bristol, IL; two brothers-in-law, Michael (Jennifer) Donnellan of Oregon and Jeffery Donnellan of Chicago; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins also survive. Funeral Services for Peter P. Kalantzis will be Thursday, January 14, 2010 at 9:45 a.m. from the funeral home chapel to All Saints Greek Orthodox Church for funeral services at 10:30 a.m. Interment Woodlawn Memorial Park Cemetery.
