Obituary of Bernadine Keto

Bernadine M. Keto (nee Meyer) "Bernie" Age 97. At rest Tuesday, June 23, 2009 at the home of her daughter. Born in Joliet on June 28, 1911, she was a lifetime resident. Graduate of St. Francis Academy Class of 1929. Retired from Sam Molaschi Construction Company following over 20 years of service. Member of the Cathedral of St. Raymond Nonnatus since 1952, CCW, and the Rivals Club. She volunteered for St. Francis Academy Alumni Association and the Senior Services of Will County. She was an avid bowler and sports fan. Surviving are her children, Marilyn (Frank E.) Van Hoegarden of Plainfield and Richard (Janet) Keto of Milford, CT; two granddaughters, Melanie (Walker) Burl and Allison (Eric) Cohen; three great-granddaughters, Natalie and Sierra Cohen; and Mackenzie Burl; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Preceded in death by her husband, Stanley Keto; one grandson, Nick Keto; two sisters and three brothers. Funeral Services for Bernadine M. Keto will be Monday, June 29, 2009 at 9:15 a.m. from the funeral home chapel to the Cathedral of St. Raymond Nonnatus for a Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Enshrinement Resurrection Cemetery Mausoleum.
