Sam was such a great guy. I first met him when he was circuit clerk and the office has never been the same since he left it. There was no one like Sam when it came to getting things done. He worked with everyone and put politics aside, not like today - we could sure use him now. My prayers go out to Eileen and his family. He was missed before and will be greatly missed now. We need more people like him.
