Back in '02 when I first meet Gene it was through a mutual gun friend, Jimmy "Da Hack." I remember Jimmy saying that Gene is one of the most honorable and honest men he had ever meet. In my mind I thought "wow, this guy must really be something to get this intro from Jimmy." I then had my chance to see these words as I was looking for an owner's manual. Jimmy said to go see Gene. I did, and Gene didn't hesitate to take good care of me and get what I needed. Over the year's when ever Jimmy talked about Gene, he always threw in the part about how honest of a guy he was.
I am so very happy that I had the chance to know, work with and wheel & deal w/ such a great and honest guy. Now days they are far and few.
You will be missed Gene, please tell Jimmy I said hello when you two meet up at the range!
