Obituary of Marilynn Knopf

Knopf, Marilynn T. (nee Trunk) Age 88, of Marseilles and formerly of Elmhurst, IL for many years, passed away peacefully, Sunday morning, January 12, 2014. She was born in Peoria, IL to the late Nettie (Lundy) and Earl Trunk. Beloved mother of Rebekah "Becky" (Paul) Curtis of Marseilles, IL, and Michael Knopf of California. Proud grandmother of Katharine Curtis of Tennessee and Robert Curtis of Marseilles. Preceded in death by her husband Leonard in 1985 and her parents. Marilynn enjoyed reading, crossword puzzles and had a natural talent for growing orchids. As it was Marilynn's wish, cremation rites have been accorded and her final earthly remains will be interred at a later date in Mt. Emblem Cemetery, Elmhurst, IL.
