Cay was a beautiful person who was loved by many and will be missed by all who knew her. I had the pleasure of meeting Cay in the late 1980's when I became friends with her daughter Nancy. It was wonderful to see a mother and daughter in such a close relationship. She taught me how to make Greek food through Nancy and after sending her a sample of my creation, I received her approval so I knew I did good! I had the pleasure of reconnecting with Cay last year when I was finally able to teach her something in Cardiac Rehab. I feel so blessed having this opportunity. I loved your Mom and will miss her. She was a beautiful soul. Nancy, Al, Catt (and family), Haley and Zoe; George, Deb, Elaine(and family), Nicole(and family) and Alex, our hearts goes out to you all during this difficult time. You were lucky to have such a wonderful role model. I know you all have lots of memories, keep them close to your hearts. I wish you strength, love and peace during this difficult time.
