I send my condolences on the death of Mr. Cemeno. I met his daughter in the Frankfurt Mariano's buying Chellino ricotta at the deli. We love Chellino ricotta, it's the best and we always buy it for homemade lasagna and my son's cannoli. So sorry to learn of Mr. Cemeno's death. Sincerely, Peter Renardo (Rinaldi)
