Fran was a beautiful person inside out. She and I started working for District 86 in 1973. She was my right hand and always there to help. She had such a love and caring for our students. The students never forgot. Through the years, Fran and I stayed in touch. I owe her so much! She will always be in my heart. I am proud to have known her. Rest In Peace, dear friend.
