Carla Willan Rowley

Died: July 25, 2021

Carla Willan Rowley was born in Charleston, IL on March 11, 1953.  She loved to fish, garden, and spend time with her family.  She was a graduate of Joliet East High School and recipient of the Adam’s Award.  She went on to graduate from Eastern Illinois University and University of St. Francis.  She was also a member of MENSA, the highest IQ society in the world.  Carla will be missed by all who knew her.

Carla is survived by her father, Charles Reed and mother, Eleanor Louise McCall Reed; children, Erik (Anna) Rowley of Racine, WI, Brittany Juodka of Lisle, IL; grandchildren, Nikolai and Ethan; her brother, Brian Reed; sisters, Patsy Tongren and Barbara Reed; nephew, Jeff; niece, Jill; and aunt, Marjorie McCall Moran.

She was preceded in death by her father, Carl WIllan; grandparents, Alfred and Ferne McCall and Leslie and Lucille WIllan all of Toledo, IL.

Cremation rites have been accorded and services will be private.

Memorials in Carla's name can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or the Shriner's Children's Hospital.
