Jerry was always a great guy - always looking out for my mother, hosting holiday dinners, taking care of business. My earliest memory of my uncle Jerry was at my grandparents place, somewhere southside, for one of those crowded, smokey, over-heated family get-togethers, in an apartment building that always smelled like pot roast.. He had great mutton chop sideburns! He saw my hand straying towards my nose, and he said "no pickey nosey!". There were other times when I think the "adults" all got together at his place, somewhere on the southeast side, to play cards (pinochle?) and drink beer. We were relegated to other rooms so not much memory of the festivities. My father always said that Jerry took his knife - I never cleared that one up; I guess it was some sort of a joke. He is a great guy, he'll be missed! So sorry to all of the family for his passing.

Hi Jer-
" Smoke em , if you
got em "
You are my big brother ,will always
be in my heart and
memories.
We shared so many times ( good
and tough ) mostly
GOOD !
You were always there for me or anyone who needed a boost up.
My fondest memories are the talks we had in the bedroom we shared as kids, and the adventures when driving a very suspect car to California wondering if we'd make it ,changing our minds every 100 miles or so.
Rest now in pease and comfort, you took care of all that needed to be.
I'll be seeing you again- love and miss you- brother Tom.
