I was saddened to see that Frank has passed away. Just saw the announcement in the Spring 2022 issue of the IIT Magazine. Frank and I were friends during 1669 & 1970 while attending UIC where we shared many classes as well as a beer or two at the UIC Veterans Club. To Judy I extend my sincere condolences.
Heaven must be beautiful with you there and our guardian angels can once again feel your big hugs. I will so miss you Uncle Frank ... fly high and rest easy until we meet again ❤️
