I have so many great memories with Doris that I’ll just share a couple of my fondest memories of her! Let me just say that until this day, I’ve never had anything close to the biscuits and gravy Doris made every Sunday before church, She definitely set the expectations high! She was a very smart woman, she always, I mean ALWAYS new what Larry and I were up to at any given time, you couldn’t sneak anything past her! She was definitely my second mom growing up in Summit, she always watched over my brother Patrick and I as if we were her own! She had the kindest heart, and she will be missed dearly! I could go on and on….chocolate pudding pie w/graham cracker crust, out of this world! Doris, please say hello to Dale for me and let him know our Cubbies fell into another slump again!
