Joe and his family were our good neighbors when we moved to Skokie. Joe and Lina were both hard-working couple raising their two sons Ariel and Brent. The two kids turned out to be very good and successful and that is a sign that he was a good father.
Roger and I are sorry to learn of his passing. Condolence to the whole family.
Eternal rest grant unto Joe dela Cruz O Lord and let perpetual light shine upon him. May he rest in peace.
