Obituary of Ronald C. Baczynski

Ronald C. Baczynski, age 63, of Morris, passed away suddenly on Friday, November 4, 2022 at his home. Born June 25, 1959 in Chicago Heights to the late Joseph and Irene (nee Stozkus) Baczynski, Ron had been a Morris resident the past 20 years. He was employed by Rich Harvest Farms in Sugar Grove, IL for over 25 years as a tech manager and various other roles. He enjoyed the outdoors, especially fishing in his special spot at Lake Shelbyville,, but mainly was known as a hardworking man and a loving father and grandfather.

Ronald is survived by his children, son Nathan (Coral) Borg, and daughter Erin Baczynski; his  two grandchildren, Rowan Borg and Zoey Gadberry; his brothers Joe (the late Kathy) Baczynski and John (Dianne) Baczynski; sister-in-law, Sandi (Ed) Parker; numerous nieces and nephews; and many good friends and coworkers.

He is preceded in death by his wife of 31 years, Mary (nee Borg) Baczynski (2018); and his parents.

Funeral services for Ronald C. Baczynski will be held on Tuesday, November 8, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. at the Fred C. Dames Funeral Home, 1201 W. U.S. Route 6 at Deerpath Drive in Morris. Visitation will take place from 2:00 p.m. until time of services. As it was Ron's request, cremation rites will be accorded after services.
