Obituary of Dennis Everett, Jr.
Dennis Keith Everett, Jr.
“Keith”
Dennis Keith Everett Jr., passed away at the age of 46, on Monday, December 18, 2023, at his home in Plainfield. Keith was born in Ft. Campbell, KY, on February 20, 1977, the son of the late Dennis K. Sr. and Virginia A.(nee Emery) Everett. Keith grew up in Burbank and was a graduate of Reavis High School, where he played football. He was currently working as a bagger at Mariano’s and was formerly a bagger at Jewel in Plainfield for more than 20 years.
Keith had an outgoing personality and his smile was easy and given as freely as his friendship. He didn’t meet anyone that didn’t become a friend. To know Keith was to love him. He enjoyed being outdoors and people always recognized him as he walked through the neighborhood.
He is survived by siblings, Gary (Rejina) Everett, Amanda (James) Ritter, and Kathleen (Gregory) Chancy; nieces and nephews, Michael, Matthew, Andrew, Dillon, Evan, and Anna Everett; Aubree, Ethan, Jake, and Emerson Ritter; Makayla, Charles, Lauryn, Taylor, and Brandon Chancy; and his best friend, Joe Ciemny. Numerous other friends also survive.
He is preceded by his parents; a brother, Ronald Everett; and his maternal and paternal grandparents.
